Terms of Service

Simple terms
for using Formlytic.

These MVP terms explain the basic rules for using Formlytic while the product is still evolving. They are written in plain language and should be treated as a draft until legally reviewed.

MVP legal notice

These are plain-language draft terms and policies, not final legal advice.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, publishing a form, or using Formlytic, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.

These terms are intentionally lightweight for the MVP stage and may be updated as the product develops.

2. What Formlytic provides

Formlytic provides tools to create forms, collect submissions, and understand form performance through analytics such as completion rate, per-question drop-off, and related insights.

The product is provided as-is during early development. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the service.

3. Your account and content

You are responsible for your account, the forms you create, and the information you choose to collect from respondents.

Please do not use Formlytic to collect illegal content, highly sensitive information, or anything you do not have permission to request.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, send spam, or use Formlytic for unlawful or harmful activity.

We may suspend or remove access if usage creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk for Formlytic or other users.

5. Payments and plans

Formlytic may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, plan limits, and included features may change as the product evolves.

If paid subscriptions are active, billing terms will be shown at checkout or in the account area before purchase.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep Formlytic reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every analytics event will be captured perfectly.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Formlytic is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption from using or being unable to use the service.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Formlytic after changes means you accept the updated terms.

For questions about these terms, contact the Formlytic team through the support or contact channel provided in the app.
